Payment
Payment via PayPal must be made within 5 business days from the date of purchase.
Shipping
Item(s) ship within 48 hours of payment being received. Shipping costs can be combined among multiple item purchases. Will ship worldwide. All items are shipped with delivery confirmation and insurance. Most items arrive within 3 to 4 business days. If shipping worldwide, please note that PH is not responsible for lost, stolen or customs-stopped items.
Return Policy
Even with great care and quality control, I know my pieces are not for everyone. If you find that you are unsatisfied with any purchase, you may return your item within 7 days of receipt for a refund.
Item Received Damaged
I package all of my creations with great care, so that they will arrive in perfect condition. However, if anything happens beyond my control in transit, please notify me and return the item for a replacement.
